I’m a professional development coach, specialising in those within the financial services industries, primarily, accounting and law.

I utilise my knowledge of the Enneagram Personality Profiling system to help those with the ‘battle between will and skill’. That is to say, I’m about coaching skills and behaviours that allow individuals to develop their career, whilst supporting the emotional change that needs to occur before my clients can make lasting change in their performance.”

 

Business Development

At Kinetic Planning we take a “top down” approach to business development by gaining a thorough understanding of the business’s strategic direction. This enables us to assist with the creation of a business development plan that alignes the needs and skills of the individuals within the organisation, with that of the Strategic objectives of the business and its clients.

Our Approach

 

  • I interview the potential attendees to understand their experience and fears relating to selling. I then profile their personality types using the Enneagram system so I know how they’ll cope when pushed.
  • I review the career plans of the potential attendees with the HR manager and branch CEO to align the sales activities with the strategic objectives of the practice. (Basically, are these people ever going to be able to deliver in the areas of securing significant new business for your practice?)
  • I then provide a series of recommendations in terms of resource and training for your team. You may choose to implement all, a few, or none of them.
  • If we agree to work together, I then tailor a programme to suit the needs of your team in line with their learning styles before coaching the participants (using accelerated learning techniques) to a point where their skill level builds and affirms the cognitive review of themselves, against the path ahead.

Kinetic Planning utilises the Enneagram Personality Profiling system to provide a comprehensive range of strategic business development and individual coaching programmes. We have significant experience in working with professional service firms.
