Partner Development Coaching

In response to demand, Kinetic Planning has developed a Partner Development Coaching Programme (Elite Partner Programme) aimed at senior managers and associates that aspire to become Partner, or at least desire the skills necessary to be considered for partnership in a CA practice. The course content focuses on the skills needed to build a fee base, manage team members and deliver value added business services. (It is not intended to deal with core compliance activities or competencies.)

Kinetic Planning has developed a strategic planning process based on a 'tool kit' that offers simple, yet practical, strategic models and templates allowing greater insight into the cause and effect issues within a business. These tools result in more informed and better considered business decisions to minimise risk and maximise opportunity. The tool kit has been built up over the past 10 years and draws on experience gained from world-class, global strategy consultants.
